Beyond symptom relief, my work is about guiding you toward a greater sense of wholeness—helping you reconnect with your authentic self, navigate transitions with wisdom, and cultivate inner peace amid life’s uncertainties. I specialize in working with adults(21+) facing anxiety, stress, life transitions, occupational issue and relationship challenges. My practice is also deeply attuned to identity exploration, gender, and sexuality, spirituality, and the intersection of personal and collective healing, especially with view of diverse cultural aspects.

I incorporate mindfulness, Jungian and psychoanalytic insights, and creative expression for those seeking a deeper, more holistic approach.
